> The beginning stage of a pothole forming around the fire hydrant in the middle of the road on Alpers Place as the asphalt is beginning to crumble and wear away. As it appears the hydrant sits below the road level and part of the asphalt is even lower than the hydrant, there is a chance of a minor leak under the road surface which has caused this. This is fairly minor issue, so reporting this as a non-urgent.
