# Damaged Road, 2 Governors Bay Road, Corsair Bay, Lyttelton 8082, New Zealand

Lyttelton, Christchurch · filed 4 January 2025 · report 5643575
https://www.chch.live/report/5643575

> There is an area on Governors Bay Road, on the corner just before 1 Governors Bay Road in Cass Bay, that has suffered subsidence and collapse before and is doing so again. There is a serious underlying problem due to lack of proper drainage which needs to be properly resolved, not just patched up. New markings on the road suggest that a quick fix up is being planned which will be waste of time and money.
