> A smashed brick/mortar was found on the Wynn Williams building underground carpark access. Part of this appeared to have a stone embedded in it which looks similar to the ccc building facade. Reported to reception also. Please investigate source and confirm if addition bricks may fall from building. Safety risk to cars and people entering carpark. Found around 830am but another Jacobs staff member did not see it when they entered at 8am.
