> The area in question used to be a grass berm. Contractors came and did pipe work and then left bitumen and debris on area, now weeds are all over the area but a resident who was mowing the area cannot now because of this debris. Needs to be cleared of debris underneath before re-seeding and then potentially given an asset ID.
