> During the torrential downpour, on the 26.12.24, the stormwater drain which runs through our property was unable to contain the force of the flooding, overflowing & spilling down our property, damaging & unstabilising garden steps/pathway removing landscaping stones, bark chips & soil. It occurred where the stormwater drain runs down the hill, from the driveway, through 99 Richmond Hill road property and passes under the upper portion of the southern boundary fence into 97, just below the garage
