> This traffic light shown in the picture is working, however is covered by a blue cover and is causing difficulty for drivers trying to know when the light is green or not. Although the lights do shine through its very limited and wondering why they are covered, they have been like this for probably early December. It might be a contractor has forgotten to remove the cover. Not sure of address but it's on cnr Papanui and Heaton by the cleared ground at st George's.
