> The vacant section at 28 Hemingway Place needs to be cleaned up big time. The grass is waist high and generally in a horrid state. It presents a huge fire risk for our subdivision because the owner refuses to keep the section tidy, the problem has been going on for years and is totally unacceptable. There is also a water leak on site with water being wasted 24/7 due to piping never having been sealed after the original house was demolished. If the owner will not clean up the site then CCC have a responsibility here to clear the site and pass the costs onto the owner.
