> I regularly catch use the bus stop on Hereford St between Manchester St and Madras St. For several months now I have noticed construction vehicles parking in the bus stops on both sides of Hereford St preventing the bus from stopping safely and efficiently and preventing bus passengers from using the stop safely and effectively. The construction vehicles do not appear to be using the stops for any form of official managed construction activity - ie there are no signs, cones, notices of stop closures, large trucks, cranes etc. The vehicles just appear to be vans, 4wds, and cars - picking people up / dropping them off.
