> The council supplied and maintained grate over a deep stormwater drain on council land has rusted away and is now broken into about 4 pieces. It is immediately adjacent to public footpath running alongside Fendalton Rd in front of St Barnabas church and is a trip hazard. The drain is at the Eastern entrance to the church. It is a square metal grate that allows water to flow into the stormwater system but also prevents pedestrians from falling into the drain. Please can it be replaced.
