> On the western side of the Sockburn railway over bridge(towards Hornby) the Cycleway has no green letdown lane onto the road as compared to the Eastern side(pic supplied)I have seen many cyclists have close calls with traffic as they swing off footpath onto road and motorists have no visual clue of cycleway. If you continue down bridge on footpath you come to a dead end and have to cross a very busy intersection.
