> Westlake reserve is a right state we walk there daily. The grass needs to be mowed, weed eating trees trimmed and in places the bushes are over half the walkway very disappointing to see that the parks aren’t being looked after. Why do we keep getting rate increases? It’s never looked so bad as it does recently.
