> On the corner of Aymes road and Tower street in Hornby, are badly blocked gutters causing bad flooding in heavy rain. There are many people who park on the street and have difficulty getting into their cars when there is bad flooding, as the gutters can’t drain. The flooding goes up onto the footpath as well causing people to cross the busy road multiple times to make it back to their cars. It would be very helpful for the community if the gutters were cleared of rubbish and debris. Thank you :)
