> I am writing to report an issue with a section of the footpath in our area. There is a patch of grass along the footpath that is constantly wet and muddy, regardless of the weather conditions. Even on hot days the area remains damp, which leads me to believe there may be a leaking pipe underneath. The issue is located close to the kerb. Thank you
