> With the recent heavy rain the gutters all along dyers pass road through cashmere and over the hill to governors bay have multiple large blockages. Some of these are quite hazardous particularly to cyclists. The amount of silt, leaf matter and rocks is also blocking all drains which leads to flooding when raining. Urgently needs clearing please.
