> The drain outside our property is damaged / blocked and is overflowing. The photos are of flooding on the outside of our property but there is excess pooling of water inside our property and it is getting deeper every day. It started about 10 days ago. As we are relatively new to this home, we didn’t realise that it was the Council external drain causing the issue. Our address is actually 30 Young St. Many thanks.
