> Been left here since mid oct.. broken down. Guy tried get it going for hours unsucessfully and never came back. No warrant. Rego expired last month. Needs to go its in front of new builds and they need access for driveway etc to be done. Its been reported for weeks. Ratepayers are over the Council not doing their job
