# Accessibility, 155R Mairehau Road, Burwood, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand

Burwood, Christchurch · filed 18 January 2025 · report 5717962
https://www.chch.live/report/5717962

> There is no footpath here, why not? It just stops & starts & starts again a few metres down the road. It is a health & safety issue for walkers as it is up & down, full of debris & glass at times. It’s worse after rain. Why are the council putting pedestrians at risk? Anything with wheels can use the road but pedestrians are unable to, you can’t use the other side as it is worse. The subdivisions have created a lot more people wanting to go for walks but the council are putting them at risk.
