> Since the changes to the intersection of Hendersons and Halswell roads being no right turns the detour for traffic is along Monsaraz boulevard and Manarola road. Now these roads have only a handful of houses along them so rarely have any cars parked on the roads. This appears to be an open invitation to some to drive their cars at excessive speeds. I’ve witnessed close calls with cyclists and other cars on 5 occasions. Some residents in the area no longer feel safe walking the pavements.
