> Eastern dry cleaners water reservoir has been overflowing onto ground for a few hours now. I popped in when they were open as my builder noticed it was overflowing onto the ground and there is around 10cm of water pooling up. Concerned it will be damaging property (mine and theirs). The staff said it always happens and was due to the earthquake and did not want to engage any further and have a look, which was strange. Builder thought it may just be a very simple pluming issue.
