> 83 Clyde Road -Kate Shepherd centre. This hedge is getting ridiculous. Two people cannot walk past it at once and when the students are around it's even worse. It needs to be removed and refenced like the other side, I don't understand why this has not been done. At the very least, it needs a jolly good prune back to make it passable.
