> Bottle Lake Forest- cultural artwork on northern ‘dump hill’: ‘tie back’ cable missing from artwork… Stolen or removed as a ‘risk’ to land mowing operation? Needs to be replaced as it is a major part of the ‘meaning’ of the artwork… Understood that there is also supposed to be a ‘cross beam’ on this artwork plus a third artwork on the original, southern ‘dump hill’. Presumably all need to be in place so that consents can be signed off???
