> when your contractors fixed elements of the cycle trail, the gained access here for trucks and heavy equipment. The installed ballast but never removed it resulting in water build up , road degradation and inability to mow it. Poor oversight! It needs a scrapeout, road repair and resowing in grass of the berm.
