> This 4WD is making it dangerous to turn right off Neill Street into Topham Lane as it blocks the view of oncoming vehicles. We approached the owner of the vehicle asking them to move it forward. They said it doesn't go and can't be moved. I drive a small hatchback and can't see over the 4WD when stopped waiting to turn right. Another motorist tooted at my partner when he was waiting to turn right into Topham Lane. It belongs to the people living in the property it's outside of.
