> Hi Team, happy new year. I arrived hind fifteen mins ago to see my buns (and my neighbour at number 7) had been emptied but placed dish in the road? This is the third time this has happened in the last six months. Franco Road is a very narrow road and can be touch and go at times with parents dropping off their children at the neighboring pre-school. Just before Christmas a parked car had its wing mirror swiped off by a travelling car. Council staff placing bins back down ON ROAD is dangerous.
