> Yesterday my 11 year old was stuck in the male toilet for 15 minutes and could not unlock it. with us were my niece’s children who managed to tell William what to do as one of them had had the same problem in a week earlier. I think that they probably are not the only ones to have this problem. Could a different lock be used that isn’t unlocked by a key on the outside. My concern is that his can be quite dramatic for younger children. William was very upset. Thank you in advance.
