# Roads - General, 96 Clyde Road, Ilam, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand

Ilam, Christchurch · filed 23 January 2025 · report 5745369
https://www.chch.live/report/5745369

> Why is right turning traffic forced into the lane with straight ahead and left turning traffic when there is no need. It creates huge congestion -especially around school pick up time. I understand that the left turn and straight ahead traffic is forced to merge due to road works around the corner but the right hand merge makes no sense at all.
