> The path has been like this for 9+ years. It was like this when we purchased the house. It's getting worse and we have recently put a new driveway in which constantly has stones on it, scratching the surface concrete tint. The earthenware storm water pipe in the berm is broken and collapsing, as is the concrete kerb. The same issues with the kerb are all along Kirner Street. I recently put my foot in the missing kerb hole and fell over backwards while holding a child....
