# Trees - General, 20 Kerrs Road, Linwood, Christchurch 8062, New Zealand

Linwood, Christchurch · filed 26 January 2025 · report 5760066
https://www.chch.live/report/5760066

> Trees that overhang down below head level from corner property are a health and safety issue and obstruction to using footpath safety. We have a blind person who regularly walks on this footpath, and this is very distressing for them. As the trees are overhanging over the property line, an infringement notice should be given.
