> I appreciate that it has been an exceptionally windy night but I have been advised that when this occurs I should report it and someone will collect the rubbish. Can the underlying issue please be resolved, in that the residents of kaikoura view need to establish a suitable place to leave their bins, rather than the exposed spot they currently do on Madeley Road
