> Firstly, I believe 4 Floria st. Hornby changed their garage into a living space without any consent. As seen from the photo, they even put washing machine and dryer, cooking facilities, heating, TV antenna inside of the garage. From our house, we could hear the noise of their washing machine at late night and it is very unacceptable. Secondly, , their garden is like a big rubbish ground. Please do something to stop it. Thanks!
