> Chip seal resurfacing took place before Christmas at Delta Way, Woolston, Christchurch. An excessive amount of chip has been left on the road despite two passes by a Intergroup vacuum truck. The chip has caused issues for residents with it spreading onto driveways, footpaths, homes, and getting stuck in vehicle brake pads. Can a rotating brush sweeper truck please be organized to make a pass to complete the job?
