> 19/21/23 Downing St has sitting water in the gutter due to a low point in the road and an underground stream further up the road that exits into a pit & then into the gutter in front of my house. I have made many complaints about this with little solution. In 2024 I spoke with a council repr that said that they would book a street sweeper every fortnight which had little affect. I was told the road is being resealed in 2025 which is a prime time to install adequate drainage.
