> There are 3 leaking toby boxes in my area. One on the footpath outside Palms car park near Shirly Rd lights. One outside 7 Flesher Ave near cnr of Evelyn Couzins and another on North Avon just past North Parade intersection round the corner from Evelyn Couzins Street on right hand side if looking towards river. Leaking water that trickles into gutter.
