> My neighbours house is completely overgrown with vegetation and not at all maintained. We’ve had problems with flies and mosquitoes, as he had big dogs in the past he didn’t look after. I haven’t seen the dogs lately but the front yard is a wilderness and a home for mice. The front grass is so overgrown it can impede pedestrian traffic
