> The stormwater drain on the east side of Toledo Place just at the junction with Solaris Avenue is completely full, so much so that you can’t even see it now. There is also a lot of debris in the gutter just beside it. The stormwater drain on the west side Just opposite is it also full and very slow to drain. Could you please arrange for both to be cleaned right out? Thank you
