> I believe there is a water leak from a pipe in the verge. The overland swale is inundated with water, we have lived at 288 for 7 years and the verge has never once been wet like this in summer. That means there must be a leaking water pipe somewhere. I believe I’ve pinpointed the leak location. You can see the water coming out of the ground in the location circled.
