> The grates from two Stormwater outlets are missing. These grates don’t just float away. We were driving under the motorway and Railroad bridges and saw two younger guys looking suspicious as one had thrown something very heavy into the Heathcote River. I stopped and tried to see what he had thrown into the river. Then noticed the two grates missing. Obviously this was what they were up to. There are now two very dangerous holes on a busy thoroughfare.
