> Lights at this intersection often stay green for traffic on Brougham for huge amounts of time. This particular time (8pm Monday) the lights changed letting traffic go (from the Ara side), but then didn’t change to let the St Martins side traffic go, but instead just went back to the main Brougham traffic. It stayed that way for about 7min. I’ve seen this happen several times, often to the point where some cars just assume the lights are not working & drive through on the red signal. Please fix.
