> A long section of Halswell Junction Road (between Springs Rd & Sparks Rd) has recently been resealed. However, it is difficult to be sure as the ‘finished’ road is as rough as (if not worse) than it was before. It is already bumpy and uneven. I assumed that it was still a work in progress, but the road markings are now being re-painted and the speed limit has returned to 50 so it looks like the works are finished, yet the product is considerably substandard. It needs to be redone properly.
