> This dog is a wanderer. He's always out wandering the streets with no owner as I have seen him out and about on his own many times before. This morning, while I was walking to work, he barked at me and charged at me. He didn't bite. But it was scary as I didn't know what he was going to do. I think this dog belongs to a house on Garvins/Dickson. Please do something about this dog as I walk to work most mornings and I don't want to put myself in danger of potentially being attacked by this dog
