> Someone has dumped approx 200 mussels and live crabs on access to boat ramp. There is a yacht in a trailer that has been scraped down recently with mussels on base of trailer. They may not be connected. There is a stink and guts all over footpath/ driveway to boat ramp. The gulls were circling but it was not possible to get to the water without standing on it.
