> The footpath along from number 28 Holland Street, Avonside, Christchurch 8061 is overgrown & blocks walking along the path or on the grass. You have to walk on the road before it is clear again. We have a lot of elderly residents, personal shopping trolleys users & wheelchair users. This part of the path is a continual nuisance reporting & getting any action. It is situated in the curve of the road along Holland St. Could this please be looked into, thanks Juanita
