> This spot is a dangerous pinch point for cyclists, since the road narrows at this crossing. I’ve encountered it going both ways, where there’s not entirely a safe spot for cyclists to be, either on the road in the lane, or on the busy pedestrian path. The best scenario for this direction would be to have a ramp instead of kerb where the cyclist could go to the left of the traffic light, and then re-enter the road 2 meters further at the existing ramp, or after the bridge where the road widens.
