> Second collection in a row my bin has not been emptied. It was not packed down and I have a video to prove it. This is simply not good enough. Please respond to my last snap from 2 weeks ago and this one asap. Not happy I now have to pay to take my rubbish to the dump when it is the councils fault for not emptying my bin. I already pay for this service with my rates.
