> Hello. Almost every time the organic collection truck comes down our street it discharges contaminated fluid onto the road. It's not oil but it's not water either. I'm calling it 'bin juice'. This is an unconsented discharge of contaminants into the environment - is it possible to take some action to prevent it? This is the second time I've asked but there's been no detectable improvement so far. Thanks in advance! :)
