> Standard of Westlake Pk grounds maint. has steadily declined since in-house staff took over from a contractor last July. Borders aren't maintained, weeds are out of control and no proper definition between turf & gardens. Mowing is infrequent and apart from sports turf and playground this park is pretty much neglected. I don't expect a premium park finish but as a local expect a far better standard than the current state.
