> Someone has obviously stood/jumped on the top edge of this tunnel slide and now there is a large semi-circle crack. This could cause injury to a person going down inside the slide if they sit up and hair catches in it - or if another child is attempting to climb on top of the slide and the plastic gives way completely :-(
