> Abandoned building is a target for fly tipping. A rat was seen, but I didn't catch a photo of it. *Is this a dangerous building, as per the Building Act 2004? If so, why is there no restrictions on approaching or entering the building? Why is there no notice to warn people? Both of these would be appropriate for the Council to undertake as per the Act..
