> The grass along the Esplanade is basically dead. Irrigation hasnt been on at all this summer. I’ve spent alot of my own time and money sowing the dead patches from the last time this happened. I would really appreciate if someone could get back to me on this. This is the third time I’ve notified you about it this season and I’ve had no reply or action. Kind regards Aaron Lock.
