> We had a council worker linger outside our house for her lunch break today which was intimidating. She sat in the gutter in our street facing into our house for about 20+ minutes. She was in a council car. It’s not like our gutter is a park to have your lunch in. Sitting looking directly into our house is creepy. Plenty of parks nearby to sit and have lunch. When I went out to check mail she said “don’t mind me, just having my lunch.” She then said “big house”. A bit unnerving.
